Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Sessions

7+ Days Before Session: Full refund or credit towards future services.

3–7 Days Before Session: 50% refund or credit.

Less Than 3 Days Before Session: No refund, but you may reschedule (subject to availability).

2. Group Programmes & Courses

Before Programme Starts: Full refund minus 10% administration fee.

Within First Session: Full refund.

After First Session: No refund; you may pause and resume up to 6 months later.

3. Digital Products & Memberships

Annual Memberships: 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, no refund but you may cancel anytime with access through paid month's end.

Workbooks & Downloads: Non-refundable digital products once access is granted.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

5. Rescheduling

Rather than cancelling, you can reschedule your session. Rescheduling is free if done 7+ days before your original booking. Rescheduling within 7 days follows the same fees as cancellation.

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@antiagewashingor.world with your booking details and cancellation reason. We'll process your request within 5 business days.

7. Non-Refundable Items

No-show appointments (attended session but did not participate) are non-refundable. If you no-show, you forfeit your session.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel due to genuine hardship or emergency, please contact us. We may offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis.

9. Complaints About Services

If you're unsatisfied with a session or service, contact us within 7 days. We'll discuss your concerns and may offer a credit or rescheduling.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes apply to future bookings only.
